This intimate vacation destination is located on the grounds of beautiful Summer Bay Resort, just minutes from Walt Disney World(R) and Universal Studios. The resort offers several heated pools; beach with water-sports activities including Jet Skis; interactive water feature; Kokomos Tiki Bar; miniature golf; on-site Disney ticket sales; excercise room; games rooms; horseshoes; shuffleboard; volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts; and children and family activity programs. Free transportation is provided to the Disney parks.
All Villas at Summer Bay Resort are air- conditioned and have a full gourmet kitchen with microwave oven and washer/ dryer. The buildings have 3 floors and an elevator. There are no balconies with these villas. The size of the villa is relatively small (838 Sq. Ft.). 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. *Villas are assigned upon arrival.*
